Terms and conditions for initiation of communications with Jonah Probell

By sending mail to my addresses, calling my residence, office, work, or mobile telephone or fax numbers, sending me e-mail, or sending me an instant message or causing or facilitating any such communication you accept the terms and conditions contained herein.

"I", "Me", and "My" refer to Jonah Probell. "You" and "Your" refer to the company and/or individual initiating communication with me.

You agree to pay me $500 for each violation of this agreement!

You agree not to use my addresses, telephone numbers, e-mail addresses, user names, screen names, or identity to solicit purchases, rentals, services, investments, donations, or otherwise initiate a new business transaction. Appearance of my addresses, telephone numbers, e-mail addresses, user names, screen names, or identity on, without limitation, the World Wide Web, directories, public records, customer profiles, warranty or product registration statements, checks, or identification cards does NOT constitute solicitation of such communications. Only communications for personal reasons or in response to my written or verbal request or to further an existing business transaction are permitted.

Except by prior written agreement you agree that communications through my addresses, telephone numbers, e-mail addresses, user names, screen names, or identity become my property and may be recorded, saved, copied, forwarded, posted, broadcast, or otherwise used by me in any manner I choose.

You agree not to sell, offer to sell, transfer, exchange, license, list, or otherwise use my addresses, telephone numbers, e-mail addresses, user names, screen names, identity or other personal information about me without my express written consent.
